What areas do Xpert Cleaning cover?
We cover all Greater London areas.
How long will it take you to find me a cleaner?
We are able to do it on the same day when you call or email us. Sometimes it takes longer and we might do this on the next morning, subject to the service that is required.
Can I have the same cleaner every week?
Of course you can. The cleaner will continue her/his job as long as you are happy with the service.
Are your cleaner insured?
Yes, all our cleaners are completely liability insured.
Can I choose the day the cleaner comes?
We try to meet all the client's requirements and will make every effort to supply you with a suitable cleaner for your chosen day(s). But if your request can not be met we will offer you the nearest alternative.
What about guarantees?
We promise that if you are not happy with the result we will come back and clean your property for free. If you are still not satisfied you will receive your money back, subject to terms and conditions.
What would happen if I'm not happy with my cleaner?
Xpert Cleaning will allocate you a new cleaner, simply call and state your reasons why you're not happy and an alternative arrangement will be agreed.
How you select and vet your cleaners?
We carefully select and vet our cleaners and require:
* Proof of identity (passport/full UK driving license)
* Proof of address (utility bills or bank statement)
* Immigration status (valid visa + work permit)
* Proof of experience and reliability (minimum of 2 references from previous employers or clients)
* Test for English - speaking and writing skills
* Test on common cleaning tasks
For all new applicants we provide in-house cleaning training making sure all our requirements and standards are met.
Do you provide references if require?
Of course, we do. We will be delighted to send you copies of their references and documents.
How long have you been in the business?
Xpert Cleaning is a progressive cleaning company serving London's cleaning needs in various capacities, overall we have over five years experience in this industry.
Who pay the cleaners?
We pay them
What about if I am not at home on the day of the cleaning visit?
You can leave our cleaner the keys. Most of our clients are busy professional people and the cleaners working on our behalf are the key holders.
Do I have to pay any extra charge on top of your rate?
No, you do not have to pay more. We do not charge introducing or registering fee. Our cleaners are self-employed and they are responsible for the payment of Tax and NI as an independent trader.
Is there a minimum term contract for using Xpert Cleaning?
No, there is no minimum term contract. For terminating the regular cleaning service you need to give us one-week notice in writing specifying the last cleaning date.
Do I still have to pay when I go away for a few weeks?
No, you do not have to pay when you are away. We need just 24 hours notice before you go and the date of your first cleaning when you are back.
Are you an introducing agency only?
No. And here is no registration or introduction fee for joining Xpert Cleaning. You only pay our hourly rate. We do not only introduce you to a cleaner, we will continue to maintain your requests and we will carefully monitor the quality of service we provide for you.
How do I pay?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also accept cheques and AMEX.
